1. Rental Service Nature
All equipment provided by Instamedcare is offered on a rental basis. Rental charges may vary depending on the equipment type, rental duration, and location.
2. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel a rental request before the equipment has been dispatched or delivered.
If the equipment has already been dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible or delivery charges may apply.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Equipment is unavailable after order confirmation
- Delivery cannot be completed due to service limitations
- Payment was made but the order was not fulfilled
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
4. Non-Refundable Situations

- Equipment has already been delivered and used
- Rental period has started
- Damage caused due to misuse or negligence
